Psychological Essentials is a small private practice consisting of myself, a dual-practicing School Psychologist working full-time in the public school setting and part-time in private practice. My connection to the schools help me remain current with the ever-changing laws and regulations that schools encounter, allowing me to better support your child in school. I love what I do, and I do it with passion. I look forward to working with you!

Hello! I bring over 19 years of experience as an educator in Central Florida, starting as a paraprofessional in a special education classroom, a kindergarten teacher, and then a School Psychologist for both Orange and Seminole Counties. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rollins College and my Education Specialist degree from the University of Central Florida. I am the former Lead School Psychologist for Seminole County Public Schools and currently work as a traditional School Psychologist during the school year while operating the Psychological Essentials private practice outside school hours and during summer. I also am an Adjunct Professor at Rollins College, teaching Educational Psychology to undergraduate students. My area of expertise are early childhood education, learning disabilities, executive functioning, and gifted.
